Please note, all products (except VED’s, Viberect, Viberect X3) in our store are not returnable or refundable once opened. There are no exceptions.
Penimaster PRO, Penimaster Chrome and all related accessories are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances, opened or unopened.
All unopened and sealed products except PeniMaster Products and accessories, incontinence products such as underwear, clamps, constriction bands or loops may be returned for a full refund minus 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and will be deducted for returns. Please contact us toll-free at 888-978-3027 Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 3 PM Eastern Time or by email at info@xheals.com to receive prior authorization. Returning items without prior authorization will be destroyed or returned to sender without refund.

4. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return device in clean and original condition with all accessories in another shipping box. Packages without the proper shipping label and dirty condition will be declined and returned to sender.

All returns incur a 30% recycling fee. Spartan rings, Maintain, and other accessories purchased separately are excluded and are not returnable. Devices returned after the 90 days from the date of delivery are not returnable or refundable.

We offer 90-Day Money Back Guarantee for VIBERECT AND VIBERECT X3. These products are for mild to moderate ED and not intended for men with severe ED. There will be 60% recycling fee. Extra purchased softpads are refundable if not used. Devices returned after the 90 days from the date of delivery are not returnable or refundable.
Manufacturer guarantees all electronic products in our store from mechanical and electrical failure resulting from defective parts and/or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Active systems have two year warranty from the date of purchase.
Spartan Systems have a three year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, tampering or alterations of product in any way or due to attempting to open the device, improper handling, cleaning or misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions in the User’s Guide. Manufacturer’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its option, of a defective product.
Credit Card Purchase Term and agreement
By using the Urology Health Store secure checkout, you are approving charges to your credit card to process the order entered. By using your payment in the online shopping cart, you are agreeing by electronic consent approval for product and applicable shipping charges (if present) to the card used. Customer agrees not to dispute or charge back Credit Card charges for products ordered and received, for products not returned or products returned without authorization. Customer understands and agrees that chargeback’s outside the terms of this agreement may be sent to a third party agency to collect payment as a unauthorized charge back results in a debt owed to Urology Health Store. Any additional fees or costs resulting in the process of collecting a debt will be the responsibility of the customer.
